Taxes and Currency
All prices listed on the site are in Canadian dollars. 
For Residents of Canada taxes (GST & PST) are applied on checkout.

Incorrect Inventory
Occasionally, the advertised inventory is not the same as the actual inventory. This is often and almost entirely due to human error.  If you make an order and we do not have all of the items on your order in stock, we will notify you as soon as the error is discovered. At which point, you may cancel the order and receive a complete refund, or have the order shipped and receive a refund for the amount for the missing items.

Right to Cancel Orders
The Connection Games & Hobbies has the right to cancel or limit any order at any time for any reason.  If your order has been cancelled, we will send you an email explaining why your order was cancelled or limited as well as giving you a full refund for the appropriate amount. 

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Connection Games & Hobbies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Due to the nature of the market, we do not accept returns of "used products" e.g., single trading cards, sealed trading card products, etc.... We will make exceptions if the product as delivered was not in the advertised condition.

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You may choose to have your refund in online store-credit or using the same method of payment that you used to pay us. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Connection Games & Hobbies is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does The Connection Games & Hobbies protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will The Connection Games & Hobbies disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
The Connection Games & Hobbies does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with The Connection Games & Hobbies. The Connection Games & Hobbies may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

The Connection Games & Hobbies may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of The Connection Games & Hobbies, our users, or others.
